Link "General" box under "Settings" page to Merchant info dropdown.

As a non-MXM merchant, I would like to have a "Team Member" modal, so that I can change my email address, password, first/last name, phone number, business name (DBA).

Currently there is a "More" link from the mii modal which takes you to a merchant modal that is limited in which fields are editable. This should be modified so the user can update their info:
Email Address
Password
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Business Name (DBA)

Merchant ID should remain read only and users should NOT be able to update.

This should look similar to the Team Member modal in MX6. (see attached screenshot)

This modal should be accessible through either a new tile on the settings page called "Team"
Settings > Team
or through the "More" link in the mii modal, which should change to "Edit".

Again, this is for non-MXM merchants only.
