Add link capabilities to publish post area

As a merchant, I would like the ability to post a link in the publish post section, so that it can be included in the post I am making.

UI and API brach: feature/st-fb-link (old, should be used for reference and possible for continued development)

Twitter doesn't include any link preview but FB does. If any social media account besides FB is selected, the link preview should not be displayed.
