Create notification triggers for reviews.

As an enhanced package user with review site integration, I would like to be able to set criteria for reviews that will trigger an automatic email or text so that I can immediately be notified for certain reviews and be able to respond quickly.

Example:
Criteria #1: 5 star review = good.
Email: "You got a great review! Click here to do something about it."

Criteria #2: 1 star review = bad
Email: "You got a bad review. Click here to do something about it."
