As an Enhanced package user, when I activate the Google reviews tile, I would like to choose whether I integrate on the GMB level, or the Google Places level. Of course, as a user, I'm not going to know what the differences are between the 2, so we'll need a modal to pop up explaining.
When the user clicks the "Link account" button, a modal should appear:

If the user selects GMB option, they should go to new process from MXI-1635 .
If the user selects Places option, they should continue down the original process by visiting http://qa.mxinsights.com/dashboard/settings/social/google.

Please also add a message at the top on the right slide out:
"Current account type: [Google My Business] or [Google Reviews Only]. To change your account type unlink and relink your Google Reviews account."

Please also update the title on the Google My Business tile on the settings page to "Google Reviews" and the text on the Google right slide out at the top to say "Google Reviews".
