Support tagging people in FB comments/responses

Similar to case where you're responding to a comment in FB and can tag friends or other commentators by using @

Similar to MXI-2220 .

The comment response area should be a contenteditable div that will use the same functionality as MXI-2220 . The FB service will need to be used/injected in the directive.
