Add time range selector to social metrics

Add time range selector to social metrics page

As an Enhanced package user, I would like to choose which time frame is being displayed on the social metrics page. Ideally, this would be controlled with a similar dropdown as the rest of the metrics pages, but open to other ideas based on what social metric info we are able to pull back.
